New advice surgery launched for town centre residents

Weston-super-Mare Central Ward Councillors Mike Bell (North Somerset Council) and Robert Payne (Weston Town Council) have launched a new monthly advice surgery for local residents.

The surgery will take place in the gateway area of the Town Hall on the first Thursday of every month from 9.30am to 10.30am, starting on Thursday 3^rd December. No appointment is necessary.

Councillor Mike Bell said: "We're keen to be as accessible as possible for local residents and this month we would be particularly interested to hear residents views on the proposed changes to green waste collections and the future of the Tropicana, following the council's announcements of further investment to create an events venue."
